q: My order hasn't arrived yet?
a: While most of our orders do arrive on time, sometimes postage delays can delay your order at peak times of the year. If you still have not received your domestic (UK) order within 10 working days please email us at info@watchesdirect365.com. We can begin a postage claim and either issue a refund or replacement.
q: How are my items sent?
a: Items are shipped by Royal Mail and you also have the option in the checkout to use a courier if you prefer. Next day delivery is available on all orders. This method of delivery is fully insured.
q: Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
a: Absolutely, if you have any issues on order completion please do not hesitate to call us.
q: Do you accept international orders?
a: Yes. Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal. Delivery to EU locations is £10. Delivery to non-EU locations is usually £15. All delivery options are displayed in the checkout process and for more information please read our Deliveries Information page.
q: Can I order by telephone?
a: Sadly we are unable to process payment for orders via telephone. We only accept order changes or corrections via the telephone.
q: How much is delivery?
a: Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UK. Delivery to international locations is calculated in the checkout between £10-£15.
q: Can I pay by cheque?
a: Cheques are not accepted.
q: Can you deliver to work addresses?
a: Yes. Work or alternative residential addresses can be set in the checkout process or My Account.

Returns & Refund FAQs

q: What is the best way to return my item?
a: We highly recommend using a special delivery service so you can be assured the item is insured and trackable. Retain the receipt for postage if you sent it before receiving our free returns label and we will reimburse you for the cost if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
q: When will I receive my refund?
a: 99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but sometimes may take slightly longer to process. We ask for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. If after 7 days you haven't received your refund please contact us at info@watchesdirect365.com.
q: What if I don't like the watch I ordered?
a: We operate a full 30 days refund policy, where if you change your mind on any purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unworn.
